These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from Boo Box Store. By placing an order, you agree to these store terms and any product-specific notes shown at checkout.
Products and Availability
Products, sizes, prices, and availability may change. We try to keep product information accurate, but inventory or listing errors can happen. If there is a problem with an order, we will contact you or issue a refund when appropriate.
Orders and Payment
Payment is collected through the checkout using supported providers such as Stripe, WooPayments, and PayPal. Orders are not accepted until payment is authorized. Do not submit false billing, shipping, or contact information.
Preorders
Preorder items, including music releases or limited merchandise, ship after the item is released or inventory is available. Release, production, and delivery timing can change.
Shipping
Shipping options and costs are shown during checkout when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Returns and Refunds
Return and refund handling is described in the Refund and Returns Policy. Damaged, incorrect, or missing items should be reported as soon as possible with the order number and photos when relevant.
Customer Accounts
If you use a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure. The store may restrict or close accounts that are misused or connected to fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property
BooBox names, logos, artwork, music-related images, and merchandise designs are owned by their respective rights holders and may not be copied or reused without permission.
