Refund and Returns Policy

We want BooBox fans to receive the item they ordered in good condition. If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery so we can review the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Unworn, unused apparel or merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange review within 14 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition. Opened media, worn clothing, washed items, final sale items, and custom or limited items may not be eligible unless there is a fulfillment error or defect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect item.

Return Shipping

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. If a return is approved, we will provide the next steps. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Preorders

Preorders can involve production or release timing. If a preorder cannot be fulfilled, the order will be refunded.
