Boo Box Store sells BooBox music and merchandise through WooCommerce. This Privacy Policy explains what information the store collects, how it is used, and the choices customers have.
Information We Collect
When you browse, purchase, or use an account on this store, we may collect the information needed to run the store, including your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number if provided, order details, account login details, customer service messages, device/browser information, and fraud-prevention data.
Payment details are handled by payment providers such as Stripe, WooPayments, and PayPal. The store receives transaction confirmations and order records, but does not need to store your full card number.

Accounts
The My Account area is used for customer login, saved account details, and order history. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. If guest checkout is available, you can place an order without creating a customer account.

Optional Google Analytics measurement is used only after analytics consent is accepted. If analytics is declined, Google Analytics is not intentionally loaded by the BooBox store analytics plugin.

How Long We Keep Information
Order records may be retained as needed for customer service, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping. Customer accounts can be updated by logging in, and deletion requests can be reviewed unless information must be kept for legitimate store records.
Your Choices
You may request help with access, correction, or deletion of customer information. For order support, reply to your order confirmation email so the order can be matched, or message BooBox through the official Instagram account.
