This page explains the basic shipping expectations for Boo Box Store orders.

Processing

Orders are processed after payment is authorized. Processing time can vary based on inventory, release timing, preorders, weekends, holidays, and fulfillment availability.

Preorders

Preorder items, including limited vinyl or album-related merchandise, ship after release or when the inventory is available. If an order contains preorder and in-stock items, shipment timing may depend on the preorder item.

Shipping Rates and Tracking

Available shipping options and rates are shown during checkout when supported. Tracking information may be sent when the shipping provider supplies it.

Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is wrong or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

Carrier delays can happen after a package leaves fulfillment. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping may be required to resend it.
